Cartels find ways to avoid possible Trump wall

You almost have to laugh at the absurdity of a Trump border wall running along most of the Southern border of the U.S. With hundreds of billions of dollars at stake, the Mexican cartels were never going to just sit back and do nothing while Trump ranted about ‘rapists, murderers, terrorists, and drugs’ from Mexico being the ruin of America if immigrants were allowed to enter the country illegally. So while Trump scored political points from Conservative and White Nationalist voters, the cartels put their plan into action.
Marijuana growing and harvesting has moved north into the U.S.
In the last few years cartels have begun paying Americans living in Ohio’s Appalachian Country and in other states with large isolated rural areas to grow and harvest marijuana.
